Kasargod: Vidyanagar police have seized a cache of weapons and an abandoned motor bike in a secluded area of Yedaneedru here on Thursday.

Two days ago, two gangs had clashed here and in this backdrop, the police went searching the area and found a cache of weapons in a drain, in an isolated area. Just a few steps ahead of the weapons, the cops found an abandoned bullet bike.

The police say that miscreants must have brought the weapon to execute some crime, but must have abandoned it for some reason.

The investigation has been planned around the registration number of the bike, however, the cops are yet to first ascertain if the registration number if authentic or bogus.
