Mangalore :Dakshina Kannada district will have a new Deputy Commissioner. A.B. Ibrahim will be taking charge as DC very soon. He was earlier the Managing Director of Chamundeshwari Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) Ltd.

In the past, Ibrahim has served Mangalore as MCC Commissioner from 1997 to 1999.He was later even posted as the Administrative Officer of KEONICS.
