Kaniyur: A seven-year-old girl was reportedly sexually assaulted by a youth identified as Nagesh from Kudligi taluk in Vijayanagar district.

The incident occurred when the victim, the daughter of a Maharashtra-based laborer, went to urinate. The girl, who suffered serious injuries and bleeding, prompted her parents to file a complaint with the Bellare police.
