Mangalore: The 3 Hungry Men created history for Mangalore again as they completed an episode with Vikas Khanna in his latest TV show on Fox traveller titled “Twist of Taste – Coastal Curries” which will be aired on March 3 at 9.30pm.




The production team had contacted them as all their online searches for the best food reviews in Mangalore had led to only one result – “The 3 Hungry Men”. They mentioned that they were contacted after further recommendation from a Hotelier, Chef Vijay Kamath and a Food Stylist, Michael Swamy from Mumbai.
Nikhil mentioned, “We helped them plan most of their shooting schedule for Mangalore City and also introduced the Production team to Kudpi Rajanikanth Shenoy who’s also into Recipe Blogging and did an episode with Vikas, highlighting Kori Rotti, an iconic dish of Mangalore.”Colin said, “We had thoroughly enjoyed our shoot, even though it took 6 hours, every moment spent with Vikas was great, he has a great smile, a god like personality and unmatched wit not to mention his down to earth nature and excellent sense of humor.”
The 3 Hungry Men had taken Vikas to Car Street and introduced him to Mangalore Buns another Iconic dish of Mangalore. According to the production team, this was the most unique episode in all the 3 seasons of the show because never had anyone done an Episode in such a different way ever before. Vikas too appreciated the out of the box and innovative thinking of The 3 Hungry Men of having a Buns Eating Challenge.
The 3 Hungry Men are well known for their food reviews which are honest and unbiased and for their competitive eating events held many times during the year which attracts lot of foodies from Mangalore and outside too.
Apart from being a Hungry Man, Nikhil Pai is a BCA graduate and a well known Cartoonist.He also runs a designing firm called Pixel Labs and is also a Illustrator for an International Business Magazine BQ Doha.
Colin D’souza is Clinical & Counselling Psychologist as well as a certified cyber crime investigator. Despite from their busy schedules and profession Food has always remained their main interest. They want everyone to Stay Hungry, Stay Happy like them.
