Mangaluru: A 25-year-old youth died on the spot after a speeding truck rammed into his bike near Thokottu Bus stand here on Friday, April 27.

The deceased, Vinith Raj is a resident of Ashraya Colony Kumpala. He was working for a hardware retail shop in Mangaluru.

The accident took place when Vinith was on his way to Mangaluru from Thokottu.

He is survived by two brothers, sister, father and mother.

A case has been registered at Ullal traffic police station
