Kasargod  : Two students sustained serious injuries in a collision between a mini lorry and a scooter  near Bandyodu Muttam of Kasargod on January 29, Wednesday.

The injured namely Praveen Kumar (18)  of Kumble Peral Kannur and Srihari Pratik (18)  have been admitted to a private hospital. Both are students of Yenepoya College.

The two were heading towards  Mangalore from Kumble when the mishap took place. The lorry was proceeding from Bandyodu Kamade. Kumble police have registered a case.
