Kasargod: Four students from a private college in Ullal sustained severe injuries in a traffic accident on the Bandiyod-Malangi National Highway.

The accident occurred when a Maruti Swift car collided with a lorry travelling towards Kasargod.

The injured have been identified as Mohammad Afrath (20), Jafar (20), Anas (20) and Mohammad Anas (20). They were shifted to a hospital in Mangaluru for treatment.

As per reports, the students were returning home after attending an event near Bandiyod.
