Karwar: In a collision of the North-Western Karnataka Road Transport Corporation (NWKRTC) bus and a lorry, the lorry driver has died on spot, here on Wednesday, November 28.

The accident occurred near the Gotagodi cross of Mundgod taluk, has left 20 injured, who were travelling in the bus.

However, the identity of the deceased driver is not yet ascertained, but it is known that he was a driver working for VRL.

The injured have been admitted to the Taluk Hospital.

A case has been registered in the Mundgod Police Station.
