Karwar: Dead body of the youth from Kumta who accidentally fell into sea at Vannalli was fished out using helicopter on Wednesday.

Anand Moger (21) was at the Vannalli beach on August 5. He had climbed up a slippery sea rock to click pictures, when he fell into the sea and remained untraceable.

All efforts to find him met with failure due to turbulent sea conditions. Finally a helicopter was pressed into action from naval base here and the body was retrieved.
