Bidar: An incident unfolded where an official from the Special Development Authority (SDA) was caught red-handed accepting a bribe.
Sunil Kumar Qazi, who was working as an SDA officer at a primary care center in Hudagi village of Humanabad taluka, found himself ensnared in a Lokayukta operation.
Srinivas Reddy, functioning as a health inspector, had demanded a bribe to process his dearness allowance. The Lokayukta officials conducted a two-hour-long raid at the primary care center. During this operation, they initially demanded a bribe of Rs 20,000 and subsequently accepted Rs 10,000 from the accused individual.
