Bengaluru: RSS leader Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat warned Congress leader from Kanakapura, D K Shivakumar that the RSS will not allow him to construct the proposed Yesu Krista statue at the Kapala Betta. “We will sacrifice our lives to stop the construction work. We will destroy your future before sacrificing our life,” he warned.

Addressing a “Kanakapura Chalo” rally against the proposed statue, he stated that their fight is for their victory. “We will show our strength to DKShi,” he said.

“We are ready for any sacrifice to save Hindusim. But if you create such a situation, it will happen after the end of your political life,” he said.

He also alleged that the construction of the statue is part of a missionary conspiracy against Hinduism.

Around 5,000 activists are participating in the rally. Security has been beefed up in Kanakapura fearing violent clashes.
