Doddaballapur: Heard of the lady of the house plotting a theft plot in her own house. Well, bizarre but true, a robbery had rocked entire Doddaballapur area after a woman who had come to the house of a rich businessman to extend wedding invitation ended up looting ornaments worth crores of rupees. But, the police probe had pointed at the direct involvement of the lady of the house in the crime.

On February 19, a lady had come to the residence of Vishwanath in Shanthinagar, sedated his wife Kavya and fled with gold weighing about 2 kgs. The entire area was living under fear as local residents felt that even they can be easy prey to such plots.

But, the police who were probing the case found a weird connection between the theft and Vishwanath’s wife Kavya, who was playing the victim card.

The police joined the dots and found that the stolen gold was stashed in a house of one of Kavya’s male acquaintances. While Kavya and her companions are all behind the bars, the reason behind the need for Kavya to execute theft in her own house has not yet come out clear.
