Bengaluru: Former Union minister and BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal here alleged that the party’s state vice-president B. Y Vijayendra had visited Delhi earlier this week to face the Enforcement Directorate (ED) enquiry.

Elaboraying on the issue, Yatnal said that ED had summoned Vijayendra to Delhi to enquire about the source of funds parked in Mauritius. It is unbelievable that the party top brass will talk to the state vice-president on Covid situation when there is party’s state president, other vice-presidents and chief minister himself?, he questioned.

Further, Yatnal urged Yediyurappa to retire from politics.
