Bengaluru: Two people were killed in a fatal accident on Airport Road at 1st Circle on Monday, August 1.

The deceased have been identified as Mehboob Ali (26), native of Buduvarapet, Kurnool and pillion rider Abilash K V (24), native of Madikeri. Both were employees of The Lotus House, KAIL.

The deceased who were riding a bike hit a patrolling towing vehicle from the rear side and sustained head injuries. Both were shifted to a hospital in Yelhanka. The doctors declared them brought dead.

Police have registered a case and are investigating.
