Tumakuru: The Lambani Community of Kilahalli Thaanda in Chikkanayakanahalli Assembly Constituency, the constituency of Law Minister Madhuswamy, has threatened to boycott the elections.

The Lambani community staged a protest in Thaanda against the State Government’s recommendation of internal reservation to the Central Government.

“This dual policy of the Government will do more injustice to the Lambani Community. Reservation is our right, not alms,” they said. Therefore, they demanded that the recommendation made to the Central Government be withdrawn.

The Community has warned to boycott the upcoming Assembly elections and have warned that no party should enter the village.
