Sira: Four people were killed and three injured in an accident involving Omni and a crane on Tumakuru-Sira national highway, on Wednesday, September 5.

Omni car was going to Goa from Bangalore. The identity of the deceased has not yet been ascertained, said sources.

The injured have been identified as Prajwal of Kittanahalli, Anil Kumar of Bangalore and Ashok of Mallasandra.

The Omni car collided with crane near Tharoor Gate. A case has been registered with Kellambella police station.
