Trio World Academy student excels in IGCSE exams

Bengaluru: Ramya Satish Iyer, a student of Trio World Academy has brought laurels to the school in the recently concluded 10th grade IGCSE examinations conducted by the Cambridge International Education. She has secured the International Certificate of Education with Distinction by scoring 6 A grades and 3 A grades in a challenging programme comprising STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) subjects along with English, Spanish and Business Studies.

Ramya scored over 90 percent in both STEM (Science and Technology) and English. She has been offered a scholarship by the Trio World Academy to pursue the prestigious IB programme. Ramya’s achievements of scoring all the 6 A grades in the Cambridge International Examination (CIE) in Grade 8 is truly incredible.

Prior to joining Trio, she had been awarded the Presidential Award, the highest recognition for academic excellence in Elementary School. In addition, Ramya is also a versatile singer and is very passionate about the art form. She started training in both Western and Indian Carnatic Classical music from the age of 6 and has completed a decade of training. She has performed in the famous Sanders Theater at Harvard University with the Treble Chorus of New England.
