Mysuru: Armed with a broom and bag, this corporator is winning the hearts of not only his ward people but also many other people including the visitors who had come to watch Dasara at Mysuru Palace. What makes him different from the rest of his fellow mates is that more than preaching he does his bit to keep not only his ward but also Mysuru spick and span.

M Suneel, Corporator of Ward No 10 (Vidyaranyapuram), not only sweeps his ward atleast for an hour a day but also for the past five years he has been involved in cleaning Mysuru Palace. Especially during Dasara’s Vijayadashami day, he makes it a point to clean the palace premise.

On Saturday, he cleaned the palace premise from 12 noon to 5 pm. His aim is to ensure Mysuru stays the cleanest in the country and also likes to work closely with Pourakarmikas.
