Bengaluru: Bengaluru Police arrested two people in connection with recent theft cases that targeting lone women.

Syed Nazeem alias Dhani (23) and Syed Ali (26) have been identified as the arrested accused.

For the past few months, lone women have been the target of thefts throughout the city. The accused would allegedly steal the accused’s mobile, cash, and gold.

They would often target on morning walkers and snatch their belongings. Several two-wheelers parked in front of the houses were also stolen by the duo.

Six two-wheelers and five mobile phones worth Rs 5.95 lakh have been seized by police.
