Bengaluru: A woman in Bengaluru, has accused a Swiggy delivery boy on the food delivery app’s payroll of asking for sexual favours from her.

Taking to Facebook about the incident, she alleged that, upon his arrival with her food, the delivery boy abused her and pressed for sexual favours. On her Facebook post, she said, “I was taken aback… had to literally snatch my food package from him and shut my door on his face. I was… disgusted to let alone eat, but to even look at the food…(sic).”

Swiggy, left red-faced by the incident, has sent the woman an apology note and a coupon for Rs 200. They have also apologised to her on Facebook and assured her that appropriate action would be taken.
