Bengaluru: The South Western Railway (SWR) will write to the MHRD recommending to hold re-examination for over 500 students who missed NEET UG examination on Sunday due to the delay in the Hampi express.
Hampi expresses reached Bengaluru at 2.30 pm instead of 6.30 am. According to the authorities, the delay was caused due to the change in the route.
Following the angry reaction from the students and the media and series of tweets by the leaders, the SWR decided to write a letter to MHRD recommending re-examination for the affected students.
