Bengaluru: In a heart-wrenching incident, a class six student died on the spot when the school toilet building collapsed on Thursday night.

According to the Mulabagalu police in Kolar, the deceased has been identified as Jyothsna, a student of the Morarji Desai Residential School of the town.

Preliminary investigations into the incident found that the toilet building collapsed while Jyothsna was in the toilet. Her death was caused by the heavy RCC roof that fell on top of her.
