Bengaluru: Home minister Basavaraja Bommai has warned that if the lockdown 3.0 fails, the state government may opt for stringent sealdown norms to contain the spread of the Covid 19.
“Our fight against corona virus has not stopped. If the number of cases shoot up, then stringent actions will be taken for sure,” he warned.
“For the economic and farming activities, a number of relaxations have been announced. That doesn’t mean that every thing is under control. People must be cautious,” he said.
He also informed that check post surveillance will be made more strict to ensure that people do not hide and reach destinations in goods vehicles.
