Bengaluru: Even after a year of death of IAS officer D K Ravi, the mystery behind his death has remained unsolved.

However, the Home Ministry has decided to write to the CBI to table its report on Ravi’s death at the earliest.
Speaking to reporters on Thursday, Home Minister G Parameshwar said that if the report is submitted to the government, truth behind Ravi’s death will be out.
On Wednesday, March 16, which was the first death anniversary of D K Ravi, his mother Gauramma, backed by family members and various organisations embarked on a padayathra to Bengaluru demanding justice for Ravi. She had set a deadline of one week for the state government to make sure that the CBI report was out.
D K Ravi, an IAS officer posted as Additional Commissioner of Commercial Tax Department was found hanging in his official residence in Bengaluru on March 16, 2015.
