Bengaluru: BBMP Chief Commissioner Gaurav Gupta said that the state government will provide BBMP 15 lakh Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) kits to enhance Covid testing in the city.

He was speaking to media persons on Saturday May 8 after visting the maternity hospital in JJ Nagar. He said that the RAT will help in early detection of Covid-19 and facilitate timely treatment of the Corona infection and reduce its spread.

Explaining about the availability of healthcare professionals, Gupta said that all hospitals had been provided with specialists and experienced doctors. Covid patients are in safe hands, he assured.
