Bengaluru: 122 inspectors and 16 DySPs were transferred by the state government during the Covid-19 outbreak.

On Monday May 31, the orders were given.

Several high-ranking governmental officials and a large number of police are transferred from one district to another. The home department, according to officials, is in charge of the general transfer process. 

With the Covid 19 incidents on the rise and police officers regarded as front-line warriors, many people were surprised to know of the officials’ transfer.
