Bengaluru: With the intention to transform his constituency into the tourist hub of the state, Badami MLA and former chief minister of the state Siddaramaiah held a marathon meeting with the officers of the tourism department led by minister S R Mahesh.

It was a first-of-its-kind meeting organised by Siddaramaiah in Badami.

During the meeting, the preparation of a master plan for the development of Badami, Aihole, Pattadakallu, and other tourist spots of the constituency was discussed.

The former chief minister urged the authorities and minister to develop these tourist spots in line with the Hampi region.
