Bengaluru: SEZARI, a Konkani association affiliated with the FKCA, is organizing “BAANDHAVYA-2018”, a cultural programme to bring together people of Dakshina Kannada settled in Bengaluru.
As part of the event, a Tulu drama will be staged by Devadas Kapikad and team followed by a dance performance by Remona Pereira, Mangaluru, at St. Johns Auditorium, Bengaluru, on Sunday, said SEZARI in release.
The programme will be in aid of children with cancer and critical illness. The organizers aim to contribute to a fund – “Child for Life” – in collaboration with the Department of Paediatrics of St. John’s Hospital.
SEZARI works for the enrichment of the member families through socio-economic and cultural programmes.
SEZARI has been reaching out to people irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. SEZARI’s charitable work includes assistance to underprivileged children for education and medical aid to sick patients in need.
