Bengaluru: Hassan MP Prajwal Revanna who is facing serious allegations of sexual exploitation of numerous women has sought time to appear before Special Investigation Team constituted to probe the allegations.
In a letter to the SIT, through his advocate, Prajwal has said that as he was not available in Bengaluru to appear before the team and sought seven days time and another date to face the inquiry.
Prajwal has shared the details of his reaction on his social media account and wrote that “truth will prevail soon.”
The SIT was constituted on April 28, under the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). The SIT was formed as soon as the nature of the alleged crimes against several women emerged and the victims came forward to file complaint against Prajwal Revanna and an FIR was lodged on April 28 against him.
