Mysuru: After faults were found in 10 questions in the Pre University examinations in the English paper, and a strong protest by the exam evaluators, the Pre University board, has finally decided to give seven grace marks in English examination for the faulty questions. The orders were issued on Tuesday by PU board.
Karnataka State PU College Lecturers Association Vice President Yogananda said, “we have taken back the protest and we have re-started the valuation process. By 18th April the valuation of all subjects is expected to be completed.”
1825 assistant examiners were monitoring the evaluation work, and they were monitored by 370 Deputy Chief Examiners.
In Mysuru, the valuation of second PU answer scripts is taking place in Marimallappa College, Vijaya Vittal PU College, Chaitra PU College, Gopalswamy PU College, Mahajana PU College and St Philomena’s PU College.
