Bengaluru: The Sessions Court here has given clean-chit to Raghaveshwara Bharathi Swamiji in connection to Ramkatha singer Premalatha Diwakar rape case.

The court has absolved the seer of all the charges after the seer filed a petition claiming his innocence in the case.

The case was heard by Justice G B Mudigowdar on Thursday.

Arun Shyam, Advocate of the Seer informed about the Court order to the media and said that the order comes in after the Court took cognisance of sharp difference in statements of the complainant and due to lack of evidence to prove physical abuse on the complainant.
