Bengaluru: Sandalwood actress Ragini Dwivedi will be joining the BJP today and will be received into the party by BJP state in-charge Muralidhar Rao.

According to sources in the BJP, Ragini will join the party today at 12 PM in a function to be held at the party office in Malleshwaram, Bengaluru.

She will later join the party campaign team.

A runner-up of the 2008 Femina Miss India, Ragini entered the film industry with “Veera Madakari” opposite to Kiccha Sudeep in the year 2009.
