RGUHS answer sheet scam; another doctor arrested

Bengaluru: Another doctor working with a private hospital in Shivamogga has been detained by CCB police in connection with an answer script tampering case in the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS).

According to sources, P. Amith, an ENT specialist was arrested by sleuths from the Central Crime Branch.

Police sources said that the arrested doctor had helped three postgraduate medical students cheat and pass their examination.

They had recently arrested M. Venkataraman, a doctor from Tamil Nadu, based on the information provided by the kingpin in the case, Bhagirath Singh.
