Bangalore : The four suspects in the case of the murder of Rector KJ Thomas of St Peter Pontifical Seminary at Malleswaram, have been moved out of the Seminary as per the request made by investigating agency.
Investigations have revealed that the murder was the handiwork of an insider and the narco analysis examination of Fr. Patrick Xavier, procurator of the Seminary, who had earlier claimed that he had not heard or seen anything on the day of the crime though he was sleeping in the room next to that of the slain rector, has pointed out that three more in the seminary were the accused.
Though the narco-analysis test details are not available, it has helped the investigation agencies to identify three others apart from the main accused Xavier. His three colleagues Sebastian Periannan of the Salem Diocese, a senior teacher at the seminary who also had been the incumbent rector when Thomas took charge; G Joseph of the Mysore Diocese and Lourdhu Prasad of the Bellary Diocese, both senior teachers of theology at the seminary are also said to be involved.
Church sources said the four have been posted at different institutes of Bangalore Archdiocese, but refused to divulge details. It is learnt, there were also possibilities of the other three accused being subject to narco analysis test and brain mapping.
