Recovered ACP donates plasma for COVID-19 treatment

Bengaluru: In this hour of crisis where the whole world is traumatised by the corona pandemic, here is a role model for all of us. A senior police officer from the city who was tested positive for COVID-19 and now recovered has donated plasma for the treatment of other patients.

Yalahanka ACP (traffic) MH Satish is the good samaritan police officer who donated blood. He visited the Victoria hospital on Friday and donated plasma. The hospital authorities felicitated him for his contribution with a certificate of Super Hero.

Satish was tested positive on June 23. He was treated at a COVID-19 care center. Now he is recovered totally and is back on duty.

“Let more people donate plasma which is the key to fight against COVID-19. To create awareness, I donated plasma,” Satish said.
