Bengaluru: Senior Congress leader Mallikharjun Kharge who is upset with the recent Karnataka cabinet expansion as none of his supporters are accommodated stated that those who proposed cabinet expansion only find a solution to the rebel activities.

“It was the Karnataka Congress leaders who convinced AICC president Rahul Gandhi to issue permission for the cabinet expansion. Now onus is on those leaders to solve all the problems,” he stated.

“I tried my level best to get more minister portfolios to the Hyderabad Karnataka region. But due to other political calculations, minister posts denied. But I am happy that Jewargi MLA Dr Ajay Singh got a good post as the state representative in New Delhi,” he said.
