Bengaluru: Coming down heavily on Ramya’s statement about RSS and BJP, Mysuru MP Prathap Simha on Tuesday said that Ramya’s statement had unveiled her ignorance about the history.

Addressing a press conference at the State BJP headquarters in Bengaluru, Simha drew comparison between Rahul Gandhi and Ramya and said, “Ramya is becoming Karnataka’s Rahul Gandhi by delivering foolish statements”.

Meanwhile, he also alleged that Ramya is bluffing people that she has attended a summit as an invitee in Pakistan which is not true. He further said that Ramya is talking nonsense out of desperation as she had lost her sheen both on silver screen and in politics.

“Ramya doesn’t know that RSS was established after independence and the BJP much later. This well known fact seems to be too far of her reach,” he said.

Speaking on the same occasion, former minister Shobha Karandlaje said that Ramya seems to have gone out of brains and she should stay away from making public statements.
