Bengaluru: The Police Officials have arrested two persons for blackmailing Minister S. T. Somashekar’s son over calls.

One of the accused is identified as Rahul Bhat, son of a well-known astrologer. Second accused is said to be former gunman of Somashekhar. A minister’s daughters involvement too has been suspected.

Following a complaint filed by Somashekar’s son, Nishanth, the police made the arrests. In the complaint, it has been stated he was being blackmailed using morphed videos.
