Bengaluru: A photo uploaded by a BJP activist Shakti Hiremath showing Hubballi-Dharwad BJP MP Prahlad Joshi, who is also the former president of the BJP state unit holding a sword in the hands has gone viral on the social media.

In the photo, local BJP MLA Aravind Bellad is also seen holding a sword. It is not clear whether the photo is a recent one or an old image.

Shakti Hiremath claims that he is an RSS activist on his Facebook page.

Hiremath wrote: Elections Date announced On 23rd April 2019 #Dharwad will be Voting.

“Let us pledge to make Sri #NarendraModiJi Prime Minister again & Sri Pralhad Joshi ji as again MP in huge numbers of victory.

Let us start work from today for victory in ccomingLokasabha elections.”
