Bengaluru: Shivakumaraiah alias Shivakumara Swamy, the kingpin of the question paper leak has revealed the names of two people from the PU board.

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) said that during interrogation, Shivakumaraiah said Obalesh and Basavaraju used to help him in getting the papers. Obalesh had resigned and his brother Basavaraju is still working with the department. According to Shivakumaraiah, this time, Basavaraju also gave the question papers to his nephew Kiran alias Kumaraswamy.

Obalesh and Basavaraju are the two Group-D employees from the PU board.

Sources said that, Shivakumaraiah has denied any involvement in this year’s paper leak. He informed the police that Kiran alias Kumaraswamy or his partners might be involved in it.

It is said that police still believe that Shivakumaraiah was hiding a lot of vital information and didn’t reveal anything much despite employing all the tactics.
