Bengaluru: Padmaraja Dandavathi has been appointed as the new chairman of the Karnataka Madhyama Academy. The state government issued an order in this regard on Thursday, May 30 evening.

Dandavathi, who worked with several media organisations including Prajavani, is a resident of Bengaluru.

His tenure will be for three years and he will take charge as chairman on Friday.
