Bengaluru: Pro- Kannada and several other organizations have decided to go for a “Karnataka Bundh” on Thursday, February 13, to demand the state government to implement the Sarojini Mahishi Report which recommends that a percentage of jobs be given to Kannadigas in public sector undertakings, private and multi-national companies.

While the Lorry Owners Association, Karnataka Film Chamber Of Commerce and several other organizations have supported the bundh, the BMTC and KSRTC unions have stayed away.
