Bengaluru: An online customer named Venkatesh, a resident of Uttarahalli, was in for a shock when he received a parcel. He had ordered for a Samsung Note 9 through Paytm.

An excited Venkatesh was speechless on opening the package.

To his utter astonishment, he found a Surf Excel detergent soap.

Venkatesh has filed a complaint in Subramanyapura Police Station.
