Bengaluru: The Congress government in the state, known for its implementation of “5 Guarantee Schemes,” is facing a poster war initiated by BJP workers. Accusing the Congress government of corruption, the BJP has plastered various posters, including those related to the ‘paycm’ and ’40 percent’ schemes.
Amidst allegations of the failure of several guarantee schemes to reach the people, confusion over the change of the CM’s post has led to divisions among the MLAs. Seizing on this confusion, the BJP aims to counterattack by employing strategies similar to those used by the Congress.
Subsequent to this, a poster initiative has been initiated, featuring posters in the guise of guarantee schemes. Bus fares have witnessed three increments under the guise of offering free tickets, with the fare from Mysuru to Bengaluru rising from Rs 160 to Rs 200. While claiming to provide free services, there is an apparent contradiction with the simultaneous rise in fares. The ongoing poster campaign asserts that this is not a stroke of luck but an act of robbery.
