Bengaluru: The date of the engagement of former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy’s son, Sandalwood actor Nikhil Kumaraswamy, whose marriage dates were out recently, has also been finalized.

Addressing the media on Thursday, January 30, HDK said that Nikhil will be getting engaged to Revati, the granddaughter of Vijayanagar MLA M Krishnappa on February 10.

“As the engagement date has been fixed, the marriage is expected to take place in the first week of April this year,” he said.

It can be recalled that both the families had met on Sunday, January 26, and finalized the marriage dates and had handed over a saree to the bride as a symbol of confirmation of the marriage.

According to earlier reports, the marriage function was supposed to have been scheduled for May 17 and 18.
