Bengaluru: A CCB team led by ACP Venugopal quizzed former underworld don Muttappa Rai for over two hours in connection with another underworld don Ravi Pujari’s activities.

It can be recalled that Pujari was brought to Bengaluru recently from South Africa through an extradition order.

As Mutttappa Rai is severely ill, CCB team visited his residence and quizzed him.

According to the sources, Rai shared a few important details about Pujari at the time of investigation.

Rai who recently disclosed his illness is again under police watch following allegations that he is threatening a few of his former aides.
