Bengaluru: What looks like straight out of a film script, Congress MLA NA Harris’s notorious son Mohammad Nalapad is embroil in a rash driving case.

Nalapad had rammed his Bentley into a motorbike and an auto cuasing injuries to a few last Sunday.

However, what was shocking is the fact that, when the traffic police served him a notice asking him to appear for questioning, his gunman appeared before the police owning up responsibility of the incident.

Eyewitnesses had claimed that it was Nalapad, who was at the wheel when the incident happened. It was said that he fled the scene leaving the high-end car behind.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) BR Ravikanthe Gowda told news18, “Nalapad’s gunman had claimed he was at the wheel. But eyewitnesses claim Mohammad Nalapad was at the wheel. He had fled the scene. We have now issued him a notice for questioning”.

Gowda said the police have eyewitnesses and technical evidence to prove Nalapad was in the driver’s seat.

It may be recalled that Nalapad is not new to controversy at all. He was in headlines two-years-ago when he assaulted a youth at a pub in the city in 2018. He was sent to jail for 116 days.
