Bengaluru: Referring to the case of physical assault by MLA J N Ganesh on MLA Anand Singh, Home Minister M B Patil has said that Ganesh could be included in the ‘Rowdy Sheeter’ list, here on Wednesday, January 23.

In a press meet at the Vidhana Soudha, he said that nobody would interfere in the ongoing investigation by the police and J N Ganesh would not be spared if found guilty.

He assured of strict legal action against Ganesh and said that everyone was equal before the law.

M B Patil has accepted that this incident has shamed the Congress party and the government.

Meanwhile, replying to the question on the next action on MLA Ganesh, M B Patil said, “Just wait and watch what will happen to him in the coming days.”

He also said that this incident had sent out a negative message to the public.
