Bengaluru: A 27-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a minor. The minor reportedly is an employee of garment factory.

Vasanth, a mineral water supplier is the arrested.

It has been reported that the girl and Vasanth were friends. On Thursday, she went to his office during the lunch hour. When she returned home in the evening, her uncle reportedly called up the garment factory and was told that she had left during lunch hour.

The victim’s family lodged a complaint against the accused, after the girl claimed that she had been sexually assaulted by Vasanth

The Rajagopal Nagar police have booked a case of rape and included several sections of POCSO.
