Bengaluru: The mid-day meals workers of Karnataka,, under the aegis of CITU, are all set to tale out ‘Vidhana Sabha Chalo’ protest rally on Thursday, February 8, keeping forth their various demands. In this backdrop, no mid-day meals will be served to children in government schools across the state on Thursday.

The mid-day meal organization workers headed by Varalaxmi of CITU will picket Vidhana Soudha.

The workers will start from Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna railway station and later invade the power center of the state- Vidhana Soudhan demanding for hike in honorarium from Rs.2500 to around Rs 10,000, along with few other demands.
